Do I need a special pump to inflate them?
You sure do. Our Signature Shiny Balls come with a custom valve, which means you’ll need our specific pump to bring the magic to life. (Don’t worry—every retail bundle comes with one. Singles? Just toss a pump in your cart!)

Can I use these indoors and outdoors?
Yes! Our Signature Shiny Balls are adventurous and ready for anything—from polished event halls to sunny poolside patios. They hold up beautifully in temps from -4°F to 113°F.
☀️ Small note: The black ones (coming soon or available for custom orders) get a little moody in the heat, so keep them indoors or shaded.

How long do they stay inflated?
These beauties are marathoners, not sprinters. Once inflated and properly sealed, your Signature Shiny Balls can stay full for weeks—or even months. Just check the valve and you’re good to glow.

Can they float? Like... in a pool?
Yes! They float fabulously. Toss them in the water for an instant vibe, or tether them to the built-in D-rings to keep them from drifting off like dreamy beach balls on vacation.

🎈 Inflation 101
Your Signature Shiny Ball should be firm to the touch but still slightly flexible. If you see wrinkles around the seams, add a bit more air—but avoid overinflating, especially in direct sun. Wrinkles returning overnight? That’s often due to temperature shifts—just give it a little air top-off and it’ll bounce right back.

Each ball includes a special valve system to lock air inside once inflated:

  • White button = push to lock.

  • Grey valve = push in and twist ¼ turn.

Pumps are sold separately and available on our site. Regular air pumps will not work—you’ll need the proper one for a secure, lasting seal. All bundles include a free pump.

What if my Signature Shiny Ball gets wrinkly or soft overnight?
No drama—it’s usually just a temperature thing. Cold air contracts, warm air expands. A quick top-up with your pump and you’re back in business. Also make sure the valve is twisted or pressed in all the way to seal tight.

Can I hang them from something?
Totally. Each Signature Shiny Ball has 1–4 D-rings depending on the size. Zip-tie, string, or clip them to whatever your install calls for—ceilings, frames, trusses, jungle gyms, you name it.

How do I deflate it when the party’s over?
Two options:

  • Quick release: Use your pump in reverse to suck the air out. (Simply remove the hose from the inflation port, and install on the opposite port to reverse the air flow.)

  • Slow and steady: Open the valve and let it gently exhale on its own.

Once deflated, just roll it like a yoga mat, fold it up, and tuck it away till next time. Large Balls fold best like a fitted sheet, fold sides in first then roll like a mat. 

What if something happens—like a scuff or tear?
Small imperfections happen (life, right?). Most minor issues can be patched with clear packing tape. We’ve even revived seam splits—just deflate, realign, and patch. Good as new. In the rare instance that you receive a Signature Shiny Ball that is damaged before use, simply reach out to us for a replacement, including a quick photo or video of the damage, within 3 days of receiving.

How do I clean and store my Signature Shiny Ball?
Wipe it down with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. For extra sparkle, a plastic-safe polish and microfiber towel work wonders. Store it rolled up, folded gently, and wrapped in stretch film or tucked into a bin to keep it cozy.

Can I reuse it?
That’s the magic of it. Our Signature Shiny Balls are infinitely reusable with a little love and care. Use them for one showstopping event or 100—no popping, no mess, no regrets.

How fast can I get my Signature Shiny Balls?
Each Signature Shiny Ball is lovingly made-to-order with our ultra-durable, high-shine materials—no dusty warehouse stock here. ✨ We get to work right away, with fabrication taking about 4–7 business days. Once your sparkle squad is ready, they’ll ship via the carrier of your choice, usually arriving within 4–10 business days depending on your location.
